The main function of rotary slitting machine: laminating and slitting of all kinds of paper, film, tape and other materials.

1. The winding power part: two winding motors with the host motor to do three motor linkage control, the host motor isolation put material and winding motor control tension, the finished product tension stability, beautiful appearance.

2. The winding mechanism part: the winding rocker arm adopts pneumatic linkage arm to control the balance, and the contact pressure can be adjusted automatically when winding. The contact pressure can be set by yourself. This machine can also be equipped with intermittent guide wheel winding, more extensive slitting of other materials.

3. Motor control part: The operation interface adopts LCD touch screen, which can be used to set various winding conditions and operation status directly on the screen. The control part adopts programmable controller to control the mechanical action, and it is equipped with self-diagnosis system, which can diagnose the cause of malfunction when the machine fails.

The basic form of material discharge: axle-connected machine base, can put three different materials for laminating and then slitting and winding.
