The auxiliary power supply outputs 0-900v adjustable DC voltage, which is applied to both sides of the metallized film through the auxiliary rollers, and removes all kinds of conductive and semi-conductive impurities present in the film medium during the film material transfer process, which can effectively improve the quality of the capacitor;
The signals detected by the sensors are sent to PLC to record the length, roll diameter and various motion states of the film roll after slitting to realize the automatic control of the system.
